Hi, I’m Henry Wong for Harcourts Beyond. We’re here today for the auction for 1 Elkana Place, Wishart, and so far we’ve had a lot of interest. So, in 20 days, we’ve had 53 groups coming through and we also had 70 Facebook inquiries, so thanks to everyone who had an interest in this property. And by the way, the first registered bidder that puts their hand up, gets this lovely bottle of Moet. So, best of luck to all the registered bidders. Why don’t we come through and have a sneak peek?

These are the registered bidders that we’ve had so far, and we’re still waiting on some more. So anyways, stay tuned, and let’s see how this rolls.

Currently, Henry and the team are sitting at a clearance rate of 87.5% for their online auctions. We’re expecting a sale under the hammer here today, so expecting that clearance rate to climb even further north. Certainly the highest clearance rate out of any agents that I get to work with. But not only here, within the Harcourts Group, but I would suggest across the entire Queensland market.

So again, a huge testament to Henry and the team and what it is that they do. I believe that their high clearance rate comes from the work that they do with their buyers, the relationships that they build with them within the marketplace, but also the huge social media following that they have.
