When you’re researching an agent to market your property, it’s essential to check that they represent a credible organisation. In this video Henry Wong explains how to search for Google reviews of a real estate office.
“Hi, I’m Henry Wong. Apart from researching the real estate agents reviews online, you also want to check out the reviews of the real estate office that the agent is from. You want to make sure that both the real estate agent and the office they are from have very good reviews. We’ll hop onto Google.com.au and we type in the agency that the agent is from. I’ll use myself as an example. I’m from Harcourts Beyond. Now as you can see, when I type in Harcourts Beyond and hit the enter button, the search results on the right-hand side, you can see that Harcourts Beyond is registered with Google Places. Now you can see that we have 4.8 stars and 168 Google reviews. That’s really, really good.
You want to see that the agency themselves has very good Google reviews. If you want to have a look at the reviews, we click on here, the 168 Google reviews. You can see all the different reviews over here. Now, what you want to see is that there’s a lot of reviews from landlords, from tenants, from buyers, from sellers, from trades people, from members of the public.
