Happy real estate buyers and sellers make our world turn here at The Henry Wong Team®. So the successful Wishart auction of 4 Sieben Street on Saturday 14th May really put a smile on our faces as we helped two separate parties move onto the next chapter in their life.
In an indication of how important the Wishart property market has become, there was a frenzy of interest and activity around the home. Let’s take a look at how things went and how our team managed to generate and leverage that interest.
The Property Itself
In a sought after and peaceful pocket of Wishart, this home sits close to parks and public transport, with easy access to the main arterials. Enticingly, it’s also in the coveted school catchments of Mansfield State High School and Wishart State School.
